Thank you for choosing to partner with VMS! Having a Board Certified Veterinary Surgeon as part of your veterinary hospital’s team, allows you to keep specialized surgeries in-house. This not only makes your client’s experience seamless, but also reduces the need for referrals to a specialty clinic.
What We Provide
Competitive pricing on high-quality surgical procedures performed by a board-certified surgeon.
Thorough consultation from Dr. Eisele with the referring veterinarian regarding the anticipated case.
Surgical equipment and supplies for the anticipated procedure will be provided by Veterinary Mobile Surgery, with the occasional need for basic items from the hosting clinic.
Thorough, written discharge instructions and aftercare recommendations are provided to the owner and referring veterinarian.
Dr. Eisele will call the owner after every surgery to discuss procedure details and basic recovery expectations.
Anesthesia monitoring services can be provided as needed. **Please contact Veterinary Mobile Surgery at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled procedure date to ensure availability for this service**
General technical support from the VMS team will always be provided to referring veterinarian and clinic staff. Any questions regarding the case, procedure day, anesthesia, etc. can be requested via email or in-person on the day of the procedure.
What You Provide
Access to patient records and ability to obtain recommended diagnostics and imaging.
IV catheter placement, access to routine IV medications, procedure-appropriate pre-medication, prophylactic IV antibiotics, and IV fluid administration
Anesthesia monitoring for the patient will be provided by the hosting clinic under the direction of the attending veterinarian. Anesthesia monitoring services can be provided by Veterinary Mobile Surgery, but must be requested in advance.
Post-operative recovery monitoring, dedicated personnel for patient discharge to the client, and access to E-collars.
Ability to facilitate recheck appointments as recommended by Dr. Eisele throughout the recovery period.
